      Poorly managed branch. They have employees working, but only one teller. I went in because the ATM would not take my deposit. There was no one in line so I thought I would be in and out. The one teller was helping someone. There were 3 other employees in the back chatting. The line started filling up and aboutv10 minutes later an employee comes to the line to assist. However, this employee starts at the back of the line offering assistance and eventually assists someone wanting to make a deposit. About 5 minutes later, a second employee comes out and talks to me (front of the line). As she is about to assist, she points to the teller and tells me to go there because she was now free. This had been the slowest banking experience in 25 years of banking with BofA.
