People complaint for no reasons, this is not a fast food restaurant, they are dealing with peoples’s money! Of course they have to take their time to make sure they are giving the money to the right people. If u do not like to wait, then just open an account somewhere else and STOP COMPLAINING!

Bank of america on main Street is always crowded and they don't care how long a customer has to wait, they are very inconsiderate. Most of bank of america are like that especially those in the minority communities. I'm closing my account with them soon

Inefficient, chase bank is open until 2 pm. Thus bank is closing at 1 pm. They dont care to make it better for you.
