      Just wow! 20 minute wait to see teller. Got to be kidding me!! It’s like the DMV here. I’m only here because of my Edd card. Otherwise I would stick with chase and Wells Fargo. There are sooo many choices for the rest of people in line. Why torture yourself??

      Bank of America is horrible in general. I had a problem with a transaction and called customer service more than 3 times to fix this problem. On each call, I waited on the phone for over half an hour for customer service. The last customer service rep not only did not help, but blocked the access to my online banking account. So, now I need to go to a Bank of America branch to prove my ID to regain my ability to use online banking. Went on Google Map to look for Bank of America nearest me because I see signs for this bank everywhere. It turns out that they put out business signs at sites where they just have an ATM. I can't wait to close my account and transfer my business elsewhere.
