  Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Opened an account in the blink of an eye. They gave me really useful advise on the best financial options according to my needs and situation. I was helped by Ulysses, easily the best bank employee I ever talked to, he goes out of his way to make sure that you leave the bank satisfied.

  I don’t know why that bank is still in business, the employees are very rude and disrespectful, they need proper training in customer service. The manager is so rude I cannot imagine how she became a manager.

  By far the worst bank I have ever been to, the old Hispanic lady with the glasses is extremely rude for no reason, every time I attempt to make a withdrawal without my debit card she makes a big fuss about me not coming up in the system which is a blatant lie because I spoke to customer service and they can pull me up in the system with no problem. They don’t like to do their job and have no respect
