      4 people behind the counter. All doing nothing. Only 1 counter is open. Think branch feels like the post office: they are only good a growing one thing - the line of frustrated customers.

      If only zero stars was a thing... They have 3 tellers, 2 working with one user. I've been standing on this line for 30min, and instead of the manager being proactive and helping to clear the long line...SHE DOES NOTHING!!!!. Defeat the purpose of even making an appointment, and took up my whole hour lunch period just to withdraw cash
