      Standing in line forever the lady walked awaysays nothing..one was helping a customer he had longer things to do.. should at least learn to be social and say I'm sorry be right with or my apologies..we will get to you..

      Bad service is there only service. My parents just cancelled both their accounts with BofA after 20+ years also. Go anywhere else.
