      I saw Hector, a real human being helping an elderly man with a very complicated situation, seemed as this person had lost every ID form. Hector went above and beyond to help up to his limitations. I commend him for his demeanor and spirit to assist. Will continue to have our buisness account with B.O.A.

      The wait for them to serve you is terrible, only 1 person attending the window, for 17 people in line, this Bank is on the border and they do not meet the demand.

      There’s always only 1 or 2 tellers, 3 or 4 walking around. Lines that extend around the building at times. They tell you to use the atm if possible instead of going to a window to help. Hate coming to this branch, but the others aren’t that different. Going to a different financial institution for sure.
