      Never had any issues here. Sometimes the lines can get long and the wait time adds up, but all in all you can get in and out in under 20 mins if you show a bit of patience.

      Worst service ever. Not going in there in my life. They are racist and not nice to costumers. The lady at the entrance was mean and didn’t help me when I asked her to. Don’t like that branch. Bank oh the west give better service.

      Terrible customer service. Had to just change my name on my account because I got married. They said Iwould have to make an appointment. They didn’t have anything available for 2 days. It literally would have tAken 5 mins to do. Poor customer service. Go to another bank
