  My wife and I recently consulted with Phil Quisin regarding a home equity loan so we could eliminate high interest debt. He explained the options which were available to us so we decided to proceed. Phil did an outstanding job of coordinating everything. From the underwriters, to the banks, title company, etc. he kept things moving forward and kept us informed. Phil got us a very competitive rate for the new loan. Absolutely no hesitation in giving Phil a five star rating. He rocks!

  Our realtor set us up with Phil and we were very thankful for that. Phil was outstanding and very responsive and patient. We had a lot I mean a lot of questions as we are first time home buyers. He really answered all our questions no Matter what time of day, even through text message it was ok! I would Recommend Phil to anyone looking for a lender.
