      This is one of the best BofA branches around. The Staff is respectful and honest. I really wouldn't take those 1 star reviews seriously..... a number of them give this Branch a 1 for reason that have nothing to do with the Branch itself yet have everything to do with BofA corperate decisions of other departments. Definitely on of the best Branches in Baltimore.

      out of 5 ATMs they only have one working, 1 hour to make a deposit and be able to pass with the person who attends

      I went to withdraw funds and order a new bank card because the app wasn't allowing me to order one. I was welcomed at the door and told to get the money from the teller and she would assist me with the card. I asked "If I get a mobile debit card could I just make the withdrawal from an atm?". I was told yes, but until someone can help you get the funds from the teller and I will order your card afterward. I was able to get a card ordered over the phone while waiting in line. No one said anything to me on my way out. This is the 2nd bad experience when going to this particular location.
