      it's ok for the banker to make us WAIT 5-15 mins when we come to our appt on time and they are behind. but the banker leaves for the day or move on when we are LATE 5-10 minutes. #ridiculous!

      Came in with my mom, and was met with really great customer service! The woman that was helping us out was Bao Tran Le, multilingual and easily helped us to what we needed, answered questions, and easily got things done for us. She was such a big help for us, I cannot emphasize this enough. In addition, a very nice environment, which should be an example for all establishments
