      My wife and I went in to refi a mortgage. They kept asking for more and more documents. Sometimes they were asking for documents we already gave them. After 3 months of this frustration we just gave up and walked away.

      Glacial is how I would describe how this branch of BOA operates. Expect to wait almost an hour for a bank representative to speak with you. Then, the “help” or information they provide will add no value to anything that’ll answer your question. If you update any information here, don’t expect for it to make it into the system; all actions are just for show. Horrible customer service, except for the front desk security/receptionist.
