  I would really say that their customer service is far and beyond the five star review! It was really my good choice. From the moment you entered you’ll really felt welcome and especially they will really entertain you. I salute to Mr. Marco! He is very good in handling client! Hoping every associates has an attitude like him!

  I shouldn’t even give this branch one star my tax refund was available to me and I requested a withdrawal of more than a thousand dollars they denied my request I even called the Bank of America hotline the associate even told them the money is available in her checking account to give her the money and they still denied my request the bank manager was acting like the money is coming out of his pocket when this is hard earned money that I work for
