      That Bank is very important to everyone, do not demolish it.

      A new theater is opening next door. They should demolish this bank and convert it for public parking. I'll sell them some Google stars to make the bank appear to be more appealing. Interstate's 605/10; route 57 north to the Angeles mountains are devoid of any major retail establishments. A large depressed area.
