  Here is a super rude person who is sending me to another bank because he says they do not have time to attend to me and I have an emergency Mrs. Rosa González is ordering me to go to another bank or to make an appointment for another day and I repeat they are 3.40 there is only one person waiting ... What happened to customer service? It is terrible we need your support to be able to specify any problem that a client has and it does not help in any way that they run you from the place where you keep your money! I'm quite upset I'm going to close my account because I haven't seen in the past that they don't help their clients in the least. 😡😡😡
