  I am rating solely on the bank branch at 20 S. Broadway because the actual staff was helpful to the best of their capacity and took the time to address my needs. However as of July 2022 this was not a full service functioning branch. How could an actual bank not have teller service? I could not get a Tellers Check in order to close a joint account and I was not able to go to another branch. The branch staff was able to help me but not in the way I had intended. I had to open another single account....not what I wanted to do. Overall the branch is not servicing the community the way it should and does not seem to care about the lack of good reviews to do anything about it. After six months time I'll be taking my business elsewhere.😡

  Don’t use the ATM at Getty Square, the machine took my money back. I’ve been calling for a week and no is answering the phone at the Getty Square location. If you call the 1800 number it’s also useless because you need an account to be serviced. I will never use any Bank of America ATMs again or bank with them. This is the poorest customer service I’ve ever received.
