      One star and it's just for the new Saturday schedule for being closed. I found out today, Saturday, July 16th and I'm disappointed so far and many, many, other customers that I'm sure are not happy about it. Also, I like to add that because of today, I took off 2hrs off work on a Tuesday to help my elderly mom open a new checking account. And it's all because of the new hours schedule.

      Standing here now….Standing on line for a half hour. Literally one person ahead of me. Bank is so slow. The manager just stands there with her iPad and doesn’t help. The guy should not be a teller
