      Great overall service and the staff is also very nice and friendly. All they need to work on is their appointment timelines as sometimes even after taking an appointment I have to wait which is not ok.

      Roula Bowers tricked me into opening a corporate account. Was supposed to get benefits which never arrived. And so far I have paid over $500 towards late payments in spite of maintaining balance and repeated instructions to automate. Moving my account to HSBC.

      Very disappointed with lack of closure information. There are no recorded messages on the phone indicating they are closed. There are no signs posted on the doors. Many customers arrive at the parking lot in disbelief that the bank and the drive-in are closed. I am very surprised because this location is usually very attentive.
