  I have been BOA costumer for many years, and recently moved to Danville with my family. My husband had gone to BOA another occasion and opened an account for our 8 year old son. They told my husband in order to put my name on the account I would have to come over with my drivers license, but as life is so busy I forgot about and never did that. Yesterday I needed to make a deposit on my son’s account, so I went to the branch in Danville for the first time. They asked me for the account number, we have several accounts with BOA, I don’t know the number even for my own. He kindly found my son account. As he was going to make the deposit, even though Pauline G Millar, a staff member was telling him, I didn’t even have the right to any information on my son account. Again, I was trying to put 3000$ in, not to take money out. He was still going to do it, asked for my drivers license, I looked in my purse and realized I had misplaced, so I drove all the way home. When I got back, she was the one to help me, I was already frustrated at that point. She told me to call costumer service and see if they would give me the account number and refused to make the deposit. I asked her to speak with her supervisor, she said she didn’t have one, she was her own boss. She was not only unprofessional, she was sarcastic, laughing on my face, several times, the situation wasn’t funny. I had heart attack symptoms from the distress she caused me. I told her to call the staff member who was helping me in first place, because I drove back home and I wanted my deposit done, she walked out, and left me there waiting, never came back. I’m extremely disappointed about the way I was treated. I’m considering moving all my accounts across the street to Wells Fargo, so I don’t ever have to see her face again.
