So far from my experience I love this bank. Its my home bank and the only one I go to. Everytime I come here I get an employee that is really understanding and very helpful with any problem ive had so far.

Hot garbage, the employee makes you call the customer service phone on your own because they can't do anything. I was put on hold for an hour while they were just sitting there. It was a simple task to verify so identification and that was too difficult for them.
