      Aside form having a long line all the time . The teller has made mistakes on multiple occasions transferring and withdrawing. The teller some how managed to withdraw money from a accounts not even associated with my name. They need to be more accessibility friendly and allow elderly people with walking canes to go first. The lines are long and for them not to be assisted promptly is disheartening. I have been loyal to bank of America for 10+years but they continue to disappoint me in many factors.

      Went to bank of America, stood in line for a whole hour. Only 1 teller. Once I got to the front, The teller was extremely nice & helpful though. I just wish they had more people helping.

      Every time I come to this branch, I get the worst service always full the line up to the doors and only 3 windows open but 2 actually working😡😡😡😡😡😡
