There’s ALWAYS only 1 teller and it ends up taking up an hour of my time to see a teller.

I went to the Bank of America Chestnut street branch yesterday. I arrived at 5:01 pm, the door was still open. I walked in and the customer service manager told me it was closed. I explained that I have been a B of A customer for over 20 years and just wanted to make a quick deposit. The woman was completely unsympathetic. I have never been refused service if the door is still open. No flexability, no appreciation for long standing customers. I plan to change banks. ASAP. Clearly B of A does not value customer loyalty.
