      I refinanced my home twice in 2020 with David and Independent Lending Corp. For the first refinance, I had already started my loan with a large retail bank (BofA) but their communication was terrible. I cancelled my loan with that bank and went with David’s team. David’s rate and fees were exactly the same, his team’s communication was excellent. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend David and Independent Lending Corp to my friends and family.
