      This bank will allow a vendor to take money out of your account even after your debit card number has been changed and you are no longer receiving services from that vendor. You will not get a consistent response and they will literally make you fight for your own money. The bank manager is horrible as he takes absolutely NO accountability for funds taken out of your account without your permission — not his problem. It’s all a corporate matter that does not concern the local Morrisville, PA branch of Bank of America according to him. My mother has been a customer of Bank of America for 24 years and after all those years they don’t know her now. If a customer of 24 years can be treated this way, I suggest you reconsider banking with this institution. Your account is literally not secure with Bank of America.

      Not a will managed facility. They either have 3 tellers on tally show days, or 1 teller on busy days. New tellers, even after several weeks on the job, can't do even simple transactions without delays, questions, and confusion.
