      This review is for the great support I received from the Regional Management Team of PNC Bank after they learned about the lack-luster customer service demonstrated by the Morrisville PA Branch of PNC Bank. These caring individuals helped me out, and I sincerely appreciate it. It's nice to know that the PNC Bank organization really does care about its customers (however, it's important to work with the right people within PNC Bank in order for your voice to be heard).

      BEWARE - THIS BRANCH HAS NO MONEY! ...I WENT TO CASH A VERY SMALL CHECK BECAUSE I NEEDED SOME CASH FOR A "CASH" ONLY EVENT I AM GOING TO THIS WEEKEND AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SAID THEY DON'T CASH CHECK ANYMORE - THAT THEY HAD NO MONEY THEY WERE CASHLESS. ... WE HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH PNC OVER 35 YEARS - THIS IS COMICAL - I AM MOVING MY MONEY TO A BANK WHERE I CAN WALK AND GET CASH WHEN NEEDED.
