      Came to this Bank of America since it was one of the closest walk-in Bank of America locations to Dover, DE. The location is a little hard to find since the signs are bronze plaques, but it is on a corner. The building is a beautiful historic building (inside and out) and the service was very good. We came there to speak with a representative regarding account setup, and the loan officer, Marcelle, was very nice and courteous.

      I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get through on the phone to this bank!!!!! I’ve tried different days, times etc. I went to the web site and found NO openings for an appointment. My brother passed away,. This was his bank. I NEED to talk to someone so I can complete his estate closing. !!!! I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone!!!!
