      Can not review unless one star. BUT 0 star This poorly ran bank is a joke. Bank of America is a joke. My wife was not responsive in time. It was 4pm and the manager locked the door on her. She couldn't hear her turn. She lost her place, the check that she had been trying to deposit for 3 hours she was unable to do, because she's deaf. It was 401pm the man (i was on the phone with bank of America, and i recorded the call!) locked it and said come back tomorrow at 9am. That is the thing about hearing aids, the smarter we get, so do them ears! I hope this goes virial. I hope someone of importance sees this. Most my not understand the problem here, but the ones who do, might be as outraged as me. 0 stars forever
