  Long overdue kudos to the manager and her staff at this branch. Maria is an excellent Manager that leads her team with excellence, respect and provides great customer service to us, the client. I have come across several people where we all agree that this branch is the only one in Irvine that allows the client to have an excellent customer experience. My husband and I are happy to be their clients. Kudos to Maria; she has great managerial and leadership skills!!

  Terrible branch!! On top of that to close on Friday bat 4 pm, its just ridiculous!!!

  Saturday 10mins before close and at leadt over 30 people are waiting at line. They have more people assigned for home loans but only two cashiers.
