  I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one after receiving service that I believe goes above and beyond the normal call of duty. My wife and I had finally found a home we loved, but the seller would only accept our offer on the condition that we could close in 21 days. My real estate agent had a lender that could close in that time, but the interest rate was far above what we could get if we went with a traditional close time (30-45 days) and a larger lender. I called around several banks who balked at the idea of a 21 day close. Then I found Daniel through Bill Kelso, and both Bill and Daniel assured me that they thought they could make it happen. Mind you, by the time they started, I now had only 17 days left to close. I didn't think it could be done, but I went ahead and applied anyway. Both Dan and Elaine were incredibly responsive, and kept tabs on my file the entire time, aware of our impending close date. We ran into more than our fair share of pitfalls, but in the end, they were able to deliver. Moments before I arrived at the escrow office to sign docs, BofA had come through. You've earned a customer for life, and I will refer your team (especially Dan, Bill and Elaine) to all of my friends who want exceptional service from their bank.

  Working with Bill and his professional entourage at Kelso team was a true delight, they will treat you with respect, will give you undivided attention and most importantly will listen to your individual needs. Home mortgage industry where there is a cutthroat competition, they truly standout for their exceptional service and the knowledge they possess about the industry. They helped us customize a solution to our specific needs and closed our loan on the day it was promised to us.   They are always professional and ready to help. We got a very complicated situation, but Dylan, Dan and Bill helped us out for the best offer. It was a very pleasant experience.
