      I rushed over there on my lunch break to make a transaction that they wouldn't let me make an ATM, and wouldn't let me make online. When I walked in they literally said I can't get in line because their teller has to go to lunch, and he's already 30 minutes over his shift. So not only were they refusing service at literally the most popular time of the day to go to the bank, and abusing one of their workers by holding him late, they had three very well dressed employees explained to me why I couldn't make a transaction. I wasn't making trouble, they were all just standing together, being polite and unhelpful. And yet they only had one teller, who legally was supposed to start eating lunch half an hour ago, so the whole branch had to close. I hope it closes permanently.
