      This ATM has been broken for over a month…and it has been broken many times before. Not sure why they can’t maintain it like all other ATMs around.

      I CALLED 4 TIMES TODAY. No one answered. Even if things were busy ... 4 times (every 30 minutes for two hours) ... a better way to get those lost calls/those in-coming callas is needed. I bank here. You should have someone to be able to answer. Bank Of America is NOT some small 'MOM-AND-POP" business. So NOT being able to answer income coming calls should be a NO BRAINER to hire one person to answer the phones & transfer calls. DUH - revenue increases. Complaints decrease.
