  I was reminded why I avoid coming to this place the services is byfar the worse I ever been to in any bank of America branch. Had an appointment for 2:30 about loans and seeing my options. While waiting I was approached my an old lady name Silvia asking me what I'm here for. I told her I have appoint at 2:30, she then ask what for so I told her for a loan she then said we don't do that type of loan. So I ask her how about a personal loan she said no to that. I asked her what option do I have she said get a credit card. All short answers with the attitude of not wanting to help. I asked her I have a credit cards but they don't offer the amount I need, then she said get another credit card . With the same attitude not wanting to help. As I stood up to walk out being upset I asked her if ya can't help me or won't try to help me why didn't ya tell me over the phone instead of making me w and wasting my time.ste gas coming here.

  Usually only two tellers. Neighborhood is rough and dirty. Homelessness. On a ok bz day u still will be in line for a while. Dont go on payday Fridays or the beginning of the month
