  Brenda was awesome. She was super nice and the entire process went smoothly. Was supposed to receive a text to leave feedback for her but never got it. Nonetheless, service was great and thanks a lot Brenda!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They inadequacy of organization and management of appointments and the lobby is astounding. An hour of time wasted, and was unable to even notarize some basic vehicle purchase items. Scheduled a 1:30pm appointment to see a notary onsite it took nearly 5 minutes to be greeted and another 10 to be checked in. Following this they said they do not do public notary even for customers, which directly contradicts their website, and they could not answer what they could notarize. Employee speaks to manager of the location, says that they can have their one notary onsite take a look after their current client Fast forward to 2:22 and I have yet to be checked in on, ask if they have an ETA, they do not but grab the manager. Manager says there is nothing they can do as the notary is still busy, I give feedback and ask that perhaps in the future they have their appointments for the Notary(s) be accurate based off their availability, otherwise what is the point in an appointment. She follows up with a precanned " I will give your feedback to the technical team" multiple times. Notary graciously comes out from current appointment to validate if she can notarize the documents, and she says she cannot but is kind enough to reference that UPS can. If you see an opening for an appointment here, do yourself a favor and schedule later in the week somewhere else.
