      After 20 years I am thinking switching banks, the ultra slow lines and 2 tellers at most is ridiculous. No, I can't use the ATM or mobile app as I regularly need to withdraw more than allowed there. Bankers hours takes new meaning as they are now only open until 4 and then until 1 on Saturdays.... And, no I don't want to contact your social media or Facebook team, be proactive or keep losing customers.
