Terrible service for the small business person. Branch in East Aurora is closed, apparently permanently. Fortunately I moved most of my banking business elsewhere, but still have an account at BOA. To my regret.

If BOA wants to keep clients in EA/OP they need to open! As a self proclaimed “largest bank in the country” they need to offer branch services like their competitors. They have simply cut services to pad their bottom line. Stop with the COVID excuses!
