      This a awesome bank as far as banks go! Take it from a person that use to work at a bank, Five Star Bank is a bank worth having an account at and that has had an account with Five Star Bank for many years, even while working at another bank! How is that for customer loyalty! But don't forget the great customer service, it is just outstanding! Thank you Five Star for many years of great service!

      I can't say enough good things about the Five Star branch located in East Aurora. We have had our business and personal accounts here forever. With the recent passing of my husband, also my business partner, they helped me with everything. They helped me initially when some of my questions were not even specifically related to banking. They (Sheila) helped and supported me even more when the pandemic hit and helped me secure the PPP loan. I feel like I have personal relationships with the people that work there. One of the best things is being able to call them directly without going through a long, irritating phone tree. Thank you!

      I had some issues and while I appreciate what they were saying, the manager while polite, was talking down to me. She made is pretty clear I was not a valued customer. Perhaps if I had six figures in the bank I would have been respected. But clearly I did not matter. Had another interaction with the manager it did not go well. As a customer I do not appreciate being scolded. I am done.
