      What a difference! Real customer service. Armando attended to me as soon as I came through the door. Directed me to where I needed to be taken care of. It might not seem like much on paper, but it makes all the difference. The Bank of America in Downtown Miami was the opposite. I'll never go back there again but the Key Biscayne location is the one I'll keep going back to. Thanks Armando!

      My wife took off work early today to take my son to open a bank account - we were told that they do not take any appointments after 3:30pm. My son gets out of school at 3:30pm and my wife is a doctor, and the bankers told her to come back another day - they were too busy and unable to open an account. Are you kidding me????? What kind of customer service is this? We will never use Bank of America ever again - we've been using BOA for over 20 years. Going to take our business elsewhere.
