      Excellent help when I had to process many documents as a result of my wife passing away. Extremely helpful & very compassionate during the weeks it took to complete the required papaerwork.

      I have worked in the city of Roseland for 5 years and I never been treated like this in this town . I came to this bank to deposit my husband check into his account like I’ve done many times before at other BOA’s , right away the teller takes my check and my ID back to her supervisor. They both come out and start to grill me about the check . I give them all the information they needed and they claim the check could not be verified. So I asked well when and how did you verify it because all you did was hold the check in your hand . They insisted that they called to verify the check , little did they know I was watching them through the reflection in the glass from the other room . All they saw was a black woman with a large check and a company they never heard of . My husband has been banking with BANK OF AMERICA for the last 10 years a least for his personal and business. I was so embarrassed and disgusted by this disgraceful behavior. This branch is racist and it needs to be dealt with immediately! My husband is a cinematographer who works for ESPN and has 7 Emmy’s for sports documentaries. BOA just lost a great client .
