Poor customer service. No value of others time. My appointment was 3 pm and I called in the morning that I will be 15 min late When I reached, I lady came and took my paper to open accounts. Spent 15 mins verifying my papers and laters says wait for another person to free up for account opening. When I said I had an appointment, she started arguing that I am late. Don’t understand a bank with 7-8 employees and couple of them roaming around why can’t open a simple bank account? After waiting till 4 PM, I left without account opening and disappointed with poor customer service. Avoid this branch !

Needed one question answered but it was within a20 minutes of closing so of course all lines were helping other customers. Probably afraid to answer Incase they run over 4:00
