  for many years my credit card balance was very high close to the limit. finally after getting out of financial troubles I paid off my card in full. the payment bounced due to my money transfer taking longer than expected so from the app I paid the whole balance again. the next day having zero balance BOA took the the whole balance from my account again (second attempt). why would they do that when I already paid it. took me 2 weeks to get the money wired back to my account where in the meantime my personal account was close to zero. very upsetting 😡 😞
