      I believe that the "Bank of America Mortgage," Google my business account listed above is neither a real nor existing company. I am a real estate agent in Maryland and this office that is posing as a real business has created a disaster with this transaction. A client of mine is moving to MD from another state. She claimed to be using someone named Christopher Fabrizi with Bank of America Mortgage at 225 Liberty St. in NYC, for her mortgage. We are currently 14 days from closing and there was been zero response from Chris Fabrizi or any of the phone numbers or humans associated with this google my business account. I have called Chris Fabrizi just almost every business day since we went under contract 30 days ago. If you are thinking about applying for their mortgage loan online please consider this message, i do not believe this to be a real business.
