  The first time I came into this branch I was a bit nervous - there is no teller line so I was unsure where to go when I first walked in. I quickly took a seat in the lobby and after a few minutes was greeted by the manager, Aaron. He asked me what brought me in today and quickly helped me with my needs himself. I have gone back multiple times since then and now know almost every banker there. In my experience they are all kind, knowledgeable, and quick to offer solutions. I plan on going back and would highly recommend to anyone for any banking need. (Tambien se habla espanol alli, lo cual me ha ayudado mucho).

  Please do not visit this location. Had no common courtesy for the 5 people waiting to visit their branch as well as we're rude because they are 45 minutes late because of "staffing." And then told me I can't even cash my work check!!!! So unprofessional and horrible people no compassion whatsoever!

  Sitting here waiting. Long wait despite almost no one in here. Employees with masks dangling off their faces. Other person waiting with no mask at all. Fine. Not terribly impressed. At least at the Foothill location they make an attempt to look like they care about their immune compromised customers. Been here almost an hour now. Still not done. Just depositing Canadian funds. Banker did not listen to me when I told them a fact - these are Canadian dollar checks, please treat them as such. Contradicted me. Was wrong. This is fun. Weeee. Come here to wait forever and get Covid. But seriously, this place is like a special level of hell. Probably right next to the California DMV level of hell. Update: It's finally done. I'm free! Freeeeeeeeeee!
