      No, having a call to your local branch to confirm something about the local branch redirected to the national customer service center without notifying the caller is terrible. Also having people turned away because your "system is down" without any kind of ETA on when you will be open again is terrible. All in all BofA is terrible and I will be glad when I remove all my money from them.
