In the future, Please be more proactive with solving customer issues. Don't let your customer's experience drop into the negative, ever. Even if you picked it up later, thats too late. The negative was already felt. Dont let us feel negative. There is a solution to everything. Find a way to make us each leave with a solution. The customer shouldn't have to know your system or ask the 'right' questions - thats why we pay you. Ask us more questions-assume customers don't always know your language. Be our interpreter, hold our hand as if we were your children when explaining things and when finding solutions to our issues. Work better as a team. You are one. Never point your finger at your team member in blame. Absorb it - if it's in front if you-it is yours now to carry.
