      The people I had to work with were super friendly, but on the whole the process was frustrating. I spent almost 3 hours here, doing a thing I had just spent 1.5 hours doing at another bank. It wasn't the on site people's fault so much as just the megalithic bank has so many regulations and hoops. If you gotta use BofA the branch is clean, and friendly.
