      Nobody ever seems to be able to answer a question here. No wonder why people use online banking. The line hasn’t moved in 20 minutes because the tellers are talking to the customers about other things besides their transactions. I cannot stand going to this bank. Especially on a Saturday. The line is currently out the door. Now I’m enjoying listening to customers talk on their cell phones on speaker.

      Unfortunately, I avoid this bank at all costs! I decided to give banking here another try a few days ago. I just needed to cash a check. The line was 6 people deep with only one serving regular banking customers. The other was intensely involved with a business customer for as long as I was there. I stood in line for 6 minutes and watched a customer come in looking for personal service. She waited at least 2 minutes and not one person acknowledged her. She finally took it upon herself to sit in one of the chairs and wait. Meanwhile the line kept getting longer behind me with more cars pulling into the lot. I didn't see any acknowledgement of this situation so I simply left and went to Northwest my usual bank and and had cash in hand in 2 minutes.
