      I used to love the short lines and friendly employees here. Sadly, BoA has used the pandemic as an excuse to close local branches. OPEN THIS LOCATION BACK UP YOU RICH FAT CATS!!!!

      I truly wouldn’t know how this Bank of America is… because it has been closed the last three times I have tried to use it! People need a bank on Saturday… people need a bank past 4PM… Additional info about 2 months later: Finally got into the bank to get help and was sent to a different location because they couldn’t help me with my specific request. I also would like to add that I have called 4 times in an hour during business hours and no one has answered. Update: says “open” online and their automated hours when you call says they are open. Went to the location, closed until January 17th. This bank… is useless.
