  My name is Richard Cano & I’m leaving this review to Mr.Alan he was my banker for today around 2:30pm I went into this branch I like how they had everything nice an clean. I went in looking to apply for a Secure Credit card, Mr.Alan was very friendly / very professional and over all he just had an outstanding customer service. He understand my needs an guidedme to the right path with the best suggestions he had. I was out of there with a blink of an eye!! I will definitely go to him next time for my personal banking / business needs. Thank you again Alan Guitterez!!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I try to do most of my banking online because I just CAN NOT stand their people and customer service skills. Every time I go into the branch there is about 20 people in line and there’s only 2 tellers while the other “Hot Shots” are just walking around thinking they are above everyone in the room! And to top it off they are still using the lame excuse of COVID-19 for being short staff. Ridiculous…….

  One of the managers was the only person open to processing transactions behind the teller window with 10 people waiting in line. I kid you not, 10 people waiting. Not only that once I got to her window she had this very condescending and passive aggressive behavior which is very unprofessional for a bank manager. Talking down to a customer like myself as if I’m stupid. To top it off she was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic about her actions or lack thereof. Beyond terrible “service.”
