      The closest sucursal for me, it is been close for long time, I had to drive more than 15 mn to BOFA in downtown Redwood City, and wait a long time in line before someone can help me, and now this branch is permanently close as well. I have to drive to San Carlos and I assume is going to be busier since non locations opens in Redwood City. This is so frustrating!

      from the moment you walk in the staff is upset because they have to help you. managers are worst. i needed something done in the morning and because i didn’t have an appointment they were telling me that i have to wait from 9 am to 1 pm and see who might be able to help me i called customer service and the lady on the phone told me that i could do it myself on line. one of the bank employees wanted to waste 2 minutes to explain that to me. i will change banking for sure managers are no help, don’t bother asking for one
