They were extremely helpful, I don't know what all the 1 star reviews from years ago are about. They even stayed after close to help me transfer money. Super nice and helped me with a stressful situation.

Soon as I walked in I was asked to step outside. Not a “How are you” … no greeting and I see why they have the ratings they do and be prepared to waits a hour to see the teller
